Payment

You may pay by the term or half-term and all lessons must be taken during the term booked.

Payment should be made on or before the first lesson of the term by PayPal via the website. If you prefer, you may pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Receipts

You will receive an automatic receipt when you pay via the website. If you are paying by cash, cheque or bank transfer, I will give you a receipt at your first lesson of the term.

Lateness

Lessons will begin and end at the appointed time and cannot be extended because of late arrival.

If a lesson, for any reason, begins late when you have arrived on time, an equivalent time period will be added to the end of the lesson or arrangements made to make up the time

Cancellations

If you cancel a lesson, or fail to attend a lesson, the lesson fee is non-refundable.

If you give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation I will do my best to offer you a new lesson time, during the same term, on one my teaching days – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday. However, availability of a lesson slot is not guaranteed.

If, for any reason, I need to cancel a lesson, I will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date. If we cannot agree a date, you will be given a lesson credit or refund.
