Does there need to be a piano at the venue?

No. I have a high quality PA system and Yamaha digital piano, which I will use for no extra charge.

Can you arrange to play a grand piano?

Yes. A medium-sized grand piano (about 6 ft) will cost between £300 and £600 for the evening, depending on location.

What do you wear?

You have a choice of dinner jacket and black tie, white tuxedo, waistcoat and hat, or formal suit. (No extra charge).

What happens during your breaks?

I can provide my own selection of music from CDs, in keeping with my own style of music (mainstream jazz).

How much space is required?

Approx 2 Sq m for me a solo player with PA and digital piano.

Approx 10 Sq m for the full 5-piece band

How much time do you need to set up?

30 minutes for my PA and digital piano.

45 minutes for a 4-piece band.

 

Are you insured?

Yes. As a member of the Musicians' Union I am covered by Public Liability Insurance with a limit of £10,000,000.

Is your equipment regularly 'PAT' tested?

Yes.

Do you play requests?

Yes. My repertoire is quite large, but I would recommend you let me know beforehand if there are any songs you particularly want me to play.
